A crucial definition of the place you want your product to stand in the market. It impacts your USP, pricing and sales strategy, your customers’ expectations and experience, and it should absolutely be used in daily commitments.

And yet we tend to forget that when the hotel’s financial performance does not look positive, when the gap between actual vs forecasted figures is big, when the overall market demand is low; instead, we fall into panic-mode and slash rates.

In my opinion, brand positioning is about believing in you product and service offerings for a reason. Visions and commercial actions will have a clearer and consistent roadmap. It creates clarity and makes tho organisation look credible and trustworthy. By believing in your brand or product, your team and customer will believe in you!
